Delivery Information
All orders submitted before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 2.30pm on Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched for next working day delivery. This is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service and occasionally due to various issues your order may be delayed. If this occurs we cannot credit any delivery charges as this is currently the terms and conditions of all parcel carrier companies. Online orders can only be delivered to England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands, for other delivery destinations please call our order telephone line 01706 633043.

Damaged Goods
If a delivery has been made and the goods are damaged the customer is required to sign for the delivery as “damaged” and inform ATC Ltd in writing (via e mail) within 7 days of receipt of goods. If the customer fails to inform ATC Ltd in writing any claim of damaged goods may be disputed.
